Make a Kit

While lists can be given with supplies generally included in disaster supplies kits it is important to recognize the need to personalize your kit to your needs. Consider making a list of supplies that you could not live without, should you have to leave your home and possibly never come back. It is important to note that a disaster supplies kit should be able to be movable depending on your capability. It can be housed in many different types of containers, but make sure it can be easily grabbed and moved to take it with you if leaving in a hurry.
